We have recently been selected for two very exciting new projects. We are developing a Master Plan for Downtown Campbellsville, Kentucky. This includes a twelve block area along Main Street and First Street and involves the development of a design for the Court Square Park on Broadway.

We have recently been selected to develop a Master Plan for Historic Gratz Park in downtown Lexington. We assisted the Neighborhood Association in obtaining a grant from the National Parks Service in order to pay for the development of the Master Plan. The park is in the heart of Historic Downtown Lexington and once had a Master Plan developed by the Olmstead Brothers firm.

We have also been selected to design the Versailles Road Corridor for the City of Lexington. This project will involve the selection of landscape plantings and site improvements between downtown and Blue Grass Airport. The project will further involve the development of a gateway landscape feature at the New Circle Road intersection.
We have been very busy. Throughout the winter, we continued our Master Plan Project for Murray State University and we were recently asked to develop a pedestrian and vehicular mall for the University which we are calling "Main Street Murray State." This area will become the town-gown interface and is intended to be the type of multi-use space suitable for outdoor pedestrian activities.

We have also been selected as part of the design team for the new Campus Safety and Security Building at Murray State. We appreciate the opportunity to work with Evans and Graves Architects on this very high profile project.

We have recently been selected by Blue Grass Airport as the prime design firm for the new entrance to the airport. This project will involve the development of design concepts for the entrance roadway, walls, signs, lights, landscaping and sculptural opportunities along Man -O-War Boulevard in Lexington.

We have recently been selected as the lead design firm for the Downtown Campbellsville Streetscape and Courthouse Square Master Plan. We are thrilled to have this opportunity and are looking forward to working with Team Taylor County.
